1>Open Notepad

2>Paste the following code in your notepad file:

@ECHO off

:top

START %SystemRoot%system32notepad.exe

GOTO top

3>Save the file with any name nut with .bat extension and close it.

4>Now open the file and see how it annoys you by opening notepad again and again.
